Key Responsibilities:

• Market bench candidates (H1B, OPT, GC, USC, etc.) to clients, vendors, and Tier-1 partners.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, clients, and hiring managers.
• Source contract and C2C (Corp-to-Corp) roles for bench consultants.
• Negotiate rates and close deals efficiently.
• Stay updated on market trends, hiring demands, and competition.
• Track submissions and interview schedules in a well-organized system.
• Comply with all staffing policies and industry standards.

Qualifications & Skills:

• 1 to 5 years’ experience in Bench Sales and US IT Staffing.
• Strong vendor/client relationships and Tier-1 network.
• Proficient with job boards: LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, etc.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• High-performance mindset in a target-driven environment.
